1. About Theta Body Theta Body products are manufactured and packaged in Australia. The company maintains offices and warehousing both in Australia and UAE. 

2. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are purchasing with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products All Theta Body products are intended for external use only. Results may vary between individuals. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin condition or sensitivity, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in multiple currencies unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

5. Orders & Availability Placing an order does not constitute a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

6. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Theta Body is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds Our returns policy forms part of these Terms. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unopened items only, subject to a 75% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A photo of the item must be submitted and approved before any return is accepted. Final sale items are not eligible for return. 8. Intellectual Property All content on the Theta Body website including text, imagery, branding, and product descriptions is the property of Theta Body and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Theta Body's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. We do not sell your data to third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of either courts.
