Returns Policy

At Theta Body, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below before getting in touch.

Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact us first and provide a clear photo of the item in its original, unopened condition. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at info@thetabody.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as Theta Body is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 75% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
