Theta Body — Returns & Refunds Policy

At Theta Body, we take great pride in the quality and integrity of every product we create. Each item is carefully formulated with certified organic Australian botanicals and manufactured to the highest standards — which is why, for the health, safety, and wellbeing of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used cosmetic and personal care products.

All Sales Are Final

 Due to the nature of skincare, hair care, and grooming products, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the hygiene and safety of every customer and is consistent with Australian consumer standards for cosmetic and personal care goods.

Damaged or Faulty Products

 We stand firmly behind the quality of every Theta Body product. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@thetabody.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or faulty item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Allergic Reactions

 We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list of each product before purchase, as all ingredients are clearly listed on our website and product packaging. Theta Body cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions resulting from individual sensitivities or allergies. If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

Incorrect Orders 

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Change of Mind 

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and routine guides available on our website before completing their purchase.
